About Travis Hutchison 

Travis Hutchinson grew up just outside of Carversville in Central Bucks County with a focus on outdoor activities. When he was 13, his first job was working for the Zaveta Custom Homes footing and foundation crew learning the custom construction business with his father, Rich Zaveta. He experienced the fundamentals of ground-up construction, just as Rich did from his father, through hands-on experience throughout high school and college breaks. After he graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management, he moved back to Bucks County and used his degree and real-time experience with Zaveta Custom Homes to begin his career with his father’s company.

Travis recognizes that relationships are the key to any successful business. Through honesty & thoughtfulness, he has proven to landowners, buyer’s clients, township employees, sub-contractors, real estate professionals, and suppliers that he is trustworthy, and that Zaveta Custom Homes will consistently do the right thing. Through his relationships, he has been able to actively seek out some of the most spectacular home sites in Bucks County. He focuses on helping clients feel comfortable and supported as they move through the design & build process. Further, he is involved in implementing operations systems and protocols that benefit clients as well as ZCH employees which allows project delivery to be on time and on budget.

Travis lives in Tinicum with his wife Megan and two daughters, Charlotte & Adeline. In his spare time, Travis enjoys flying airplanes and working on his farm in Tinicum.
